On the evening of 04/14/2018 my wife had an emergency so we called 911, who dispatched Riverdale Heights Rescue Squad EMS #13, the four member crew attended to her and after an examination suggested to her that she go to the emergency room. After arrival at the hospital the EMS crew kept me in the loop as to what was taking place in the ER, helped me with the ER interview and showing us that they were involved in our wellbeing. Riverdale Heights is really fortunate , that the Fire and Rescue Squad services treat people like neighbors and friends, God bless them both.

I was a volunteer at this station in 1984 and was one of the first 2 women to go through the volunteer firefighter School at University of MD and one of the first 2 to ride the engine.
